Annual Tuition Fees
We offer three tuition payment plans for your convenience. Please note that if a payment plan is selected, there will be no re-calculation for early payments. The payment amounts and due dates for each plan are shown as follows:

Yearly Tuition

Kindergarten- 5th Grade | $8,500.00

Plan A | Tuition is paid in full by August 1st

Plan B | 4-month installment plan beginning September 1st-December 1st with payments due on the 1st of each month

Plan C | (Non-Scholarship Students) 9-month installment plan beginning September 1st-May 1st with payments due on the 1st of each month

Fee Description
Application Fee: This annual fee is due upon registration. This fee is non-refundable and due with application. The enrollment process will not be complete without the application fee.

Curriculum Fee: This fee pays for the school owned curriculum and student workbooks, and other classroom associated costs. This is a non-refundable fee. Workbooks will not be returned in the case of withdrawal.

Academic Fee: This upgrade fee is for expenses related to upgrades, technology, and supplemental materials. This is a non-refundable fee.

No refunds of any kind of the fees listed above will be given for students who are withdrawn at any point of the school year. This fee schedule may not be comprehensive. Additional fees may apply.

Financial Aid

GCA accepts scholarships from Step Up for Students.

Registration & Enrollment Fees

Registration Fee (Non-Refundable): $100.00 per student / $75.00 each additional student

Due at enrollment and/or annually in March/April. This applies to Full Time and VPK Wrap Around Programs Only.

Tuition Management & SIS Enrollment Fee (Non-Refundable): $30.00 per student

Supply Fee (Non-Refundable): $50.00 per student

Due at enrollment and/or annually in March/April. This applies to Full Time and VPK Wrap Around Programs Only.

Tuition Deposit: Based on the Weekly Rate by Age

A one week deposit is required at the time of enrollment. The deposit will be applied for the final week of attendance.
